Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000 across Pakistan. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies as detailed below.

*Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the following business day.

2 Order Processing

Once you successfully place an order:

  1. Order Confirmation: You receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order.
  2. Processing (1 business day): We verify your payment, pick, and pack your items carefully.
  3. Dispatch: Your parcel is handed over to our courier partner (TCS or Leopards Courier). You receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
  4. Delivery: The courier delivers your parcel to your specified address within the estimated timeframe.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your parcel through:

DigiServices delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

  • Punjab: Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Gujranwala
  • Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana
  • KPK: Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mardan, Swat
  • Balochistan: Quetta, Gwadar, Turbat
  • AJK & GB: Muzaffarabad, Gilgit (extended timelines may apply)

Delivery to remote areas (AJK, GB, tribal areas) may take 2–3 additional business days. Additional shipping charges may apply for these regions.

5 Delivery Failure & Rescheduling

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., you are unavailable), the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to DigiServices.

  • You may contact us within 7 days to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If uncollected after 7 days, the order will be restocked and a store credit will be issued (excluding shipping costs).
