DigiServices offers a 14-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will make it right.

1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (shoe box, tissue paper, dust bag if included).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.
  • The item must have been purchased directly from DigiServices (returns for items purchased from third-party sellers are not accepted).

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during a final-sale or clearance event marked as "Non-Returnable."
  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or customer negligence.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Socks, insoles, and hygiene-related products.

3 How To Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your order:

  1. Contact Us: Email zubairmajid1111@gmail.com or call 0307-2753841 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and send a return approval within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original box and attach the provided return label or write the return reference on the package.
  4. Schedule Pickup: We will arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost for eligible returns. Or you may drop off at any TCS or Leopards service centre.
  5. Inspection: Once received, our team inspects the item within 3–5 business days.
  6. Resolution: Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.

4 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or style, we are happy to help. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within the same 14-day return window.
  • If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference.
  • If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

5 Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
  • Return shipping for defective/wrong items is fully covered by DigiServices.
